How custom builds work
Are your clubs really built to my specs?
Yes. Custom builds are set up to the shaft, grip, length, lie and loft you choose.
Do I have to get fitted to order?
No — if you already know your specs, choose them in the build options at checkout and we'll build to match. If you're not sure, book a fitting and we'll dial them in first.
What options can I choose on a build?
Shaft, grip model and size, playing length, and where applicable grip-logo orientation, ferrule, and hot-metal for irons and wedges. Anything not covered by the dropdowns, add it in the “Special Instructions” box on the product page.
Can you build left-handed?
Yes, where the head model is offered in left hand. If you don't see an LH listing, contact us and we'll confirm availability.
Fittings
What happens at a fitting?
We assess your current gear, ball flight and goals, then test head and shaft combinations to find your best-performing, best-feeling setup. You leave with a spec sheet you can order from — no obligation.
Do you fit for shafts specifically?
Shaft fitting is our specialty. We carry driver, fairway, hybrid, iron, wedge and putter shafts from Fujikura, Graphite Design, Mitsubishi, Project X, KBS, Nippon, Accra, VA Composites, UST Mamiya, Aerotech and more.
Ordering & delivery
How long does a custom build take?
Most custom builds take up to 4 weeks, depending on the club and parts availability. We'll confirm timing when your specs are set.
Do you ship?
Yes. Shipping cost and delivery time are shown at checkout.
What about returns on custom clubs?
Because custom builds are made to your specs, please contact us before ordering if you have questions, and reach out right away about any defect or build issue so we can make it right.
A club I want says “Email for Price” or shows no price.
Some brands restrict online pricing. For those, contact us for a quote and to place your order.
